The photographs above show the public toilets, which are of indeterminate age (does anybody know the build and upgrade dates?)

They have been "modernized", by the addition of tile mural walls across the front facade. This latter work could well be criticized for being out of keeping with the original architectural styling of the building.

This building is situated on the northern road of Stokes Road, just east of its intersection with Mt Eden Road.
